Getting the help you need.
Do you feel like you are losing connection with your young person? Finding difficulty in talking to them but know something is up? Are they showing signs of low mood or struggling to cope?
At GRIT, we understand that when a young person struggles, their support system and team around them struggle too.
If you are a parent, carer or concerned adult of a young person aged 11-24, we are here to help.

Support GRIT.
Growing Resilience in Teens (GRIT) is a registered charity based in North Hertfordshire, working in partnership with schools and community organisations across Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Ashwell and Whitwell.
We welcome all kinds of support, whether it’s through donations, volunteering, corporate team days, or taking part in challenge events.
However you choose to help, we’re incredibly grateful.
We rely on donations and funding to continually provide 1:1 coaching and group programmes for free to young people in these areas, and to offer our GRIT programme to those who live further afield.

GRIT Victories.
GRIT has been great for me, I went from not wanting to come to the sessions to wanting to come every week and enjoying it so much. GRIT has helped me to become more confident in myself and helped me to start believing in myself again, I will be eternally grateful
