If you’re aged 11-24, we can offer you 1:1 coaching, workshops or access to our group programmes giving you the tools to build resilience, confidence and life skills helping you get back in the ring of life with a new fighting spirit.

GRIT offers a range of services, tailored to meet your needs, so you can choose what feels right for you.
You might join our GRIT programme, a 12 week group programme within our gym, the Rumble, our 6 week condensed programme in schools, or have 1:1 coaching for more personal support.
