Why Your Support Matters
GRIT is a registered charity, which means we rely on donations to keep our services running and growing to meet the rising demand.
Rising costs
Over the past year alone, the number of young people referred to us has increased by 50%, and we expect that number to keep rising.
It costs GRIT around £20,000 each month to deliver our services, and on average, around £480 to support one young person.
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference. Whether it’s a one-off gift or the cost of a coffee each month, we’re incredibly grateful to our community of supporters, followers, and friends who make our work possible.

Not every young person feels ready to speak to a counsellor or start therapy. Sometimes that can feel like too big a step. Coaching with GRIT offers a gentler first step. It gives young people space to reflect, feel heard, and build trust.

Shop online with participating retailers and generate cashback for us on everyday purchases like groceries, travel, clothing, insurance, and more. Create an account, select GRIT as your chosen charity, and use the EasyFundraising app or browser extension. It’s a convenient and cost-free way to support our work!

Transform your old ink cartridges into money for us by recycling them with RECYCLE4CHARITY, who refurbish or repurpose ink cartridges to save them from going to landfill.
Using the button below you can head to our dedicated RECYCLE4CHARITY page, request a bag or box with prepaid postage leaving you to then pop in your old ink cartridges and send them off when you’re done.
You can even host a box at your house, work, school or gym to become a local collection point meaning more cartridges collected!
No more guilt in throwing them in the bin, save yourself a trip to the dump all while supporting the environment and us without paying anything out!
With the increase in our services averaging 50% each year, so does the need for more equipment.
Things like boxing gloves, wraps, hanging punch bags, seating, fidget toys, arts and crafts supplies directly support the young people we work with.
