ACCESS OUR SUPPORT
Our services are available to young people aged 11–24.
Thanks to current funding, we can offer these services free of charge to young people registered with a GP in Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Ashwell, or Whitwell.
If you’re registered with a GP in one of these areas, please complete our referral form.
Outside the catchment area?
If you’re registered with a GP outside of Hitchin, Letchworth, Baldock, Ashwell or Whitwell, don’t worry, you can still access our services through a self-funded route.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you have submitted a referral, a member of the team will review your case and be in touch within 5 – 10 working days.
Please note: During busy periods, such as the start of term or school holidays, our response time may be slightly longer, but we appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as we can.

GRIT is an early intervention service meaning we support those with early stages of emotional dysregulation.
We are not a crisis support service so cannot support those experiencing immediate or life threatening care.
